Located in Ogunquit, Maine, Chophouse Grille @50 Shore Road carries forward the legacy of excellence at this beloved location, a longtime favorite of locals and visitors, known for exceptional hospitality, quality cuisine, and memorable dining experiences. The “@50 Shore Rd” in the restaurant’s name pays tribute to the iconic location and its lasting impact on the Ogunquit community.

Chef-owners Donovan Fraser and Zach Crosby bring more than 20 years of experience in Ogunquit’s hospitality industry. The pair first met while working together at Five-O Shore Road as Executive Chef and Sous Chef, helping establish the restaurant as one of Ogunquit’s premier dining destinations. They also played a key role in opening neighboring Caffè Prego, which they now own and operate successfully.

With deep roots in the community and firsthand experience in the very building that will house Chophouse Grille, Fraser and Crosby combine culinary expertise, hospitality leadership, and a passion for creating welcoming dining experiences. Their vision for Chophouse Grille is to honor the history of the location while introducing a fresh, elevated concept for locals and visitors alike.
